The Problem Space

The problem statement of this brand is providing a better alternative to other parcel forwarding services which have ethical issues such as not disclosing necessary information and charging users fees without notice; damaging the products they bought without compensation, and other unethical scamming practices. The way in which I am trying to achieve this is through being transparent in the language used and the way that the service is presented so that the users fully know what they are buying and what to expect of the service. The intention of this brand is also providing shipping to countries where usually shipping is difficult or too expensive. The way in which I am attempting to solve the right problem for the right audience is through trying to understand my audience of collectors and online buyers who want to find products that are unavailable or expensive in their own country.
